Thank you for Supporting the Vision!

It is amazing to think of all the ways that God has worked in and through all of our lives in the past 20 years.  We wanted to take this special opportunity to thank you and to remind you of some of those wonderful ways God has knit your lives and ours together to see so many miracles and other remarkable work accomplished in our ongoing partnership in Missions.

We are so grateful for your help as we have ventured into new challenges over the years.  This photo of our family was taken in 1993, shortly after the historic Mercy Ship visits to Pitcairn Island and later to Tanna in Vanuatu.  With the help of New Zealand and American churches and selfless missionary and evangelism partners, like the Rudd family, we have been able to see a great harvest of souls and substantial network of Christian Schools serving the ongoing discipleship needs of Ni-Vanuatu people. 

In addition, over the years, we have been able to assist in the planting of churches and the training of leaders for the New Zealand church and our mission book has allowed John to share his story with thousands of believers all over the world and to hear the stories of many of them who have been encouraged into mission and ministry.

These have also been the years when our children have grown up and now begin their own journeys.  John has loved the opportunity to teach at the University of Hawaii and hopes to put his doctoral training to work in seeking to rebuild needy economies.  Angela is hoping to work in a medical field one day while Lauren has just completed her first mission service in Fiji and hopes to develop her ministry gifts further.  So many of you have reached out to our children when the distance has been a hardship for us.  Thank you for caring for our family over the years.

The next few years look very exciting as we have the opportunity to serve with Mercy Ships and YWAM as well as to continue our work with the Bible College and to encourage and teach leaders at partner campuses in Nepal, Africa, Russia and Asia.  Please pray for our continued health and safety as we seek to fulfill our ministry to the next generation of leaders! 

We are so grateful for the opportunity to invest our lives in the lives of young people with a heart for ministry.  Thank you for continuing to make this dream a reality and thank you so much for your friendship, love and prayers!  Please keep us informed of your own journey!
